We are not shipping at this time.

Please note:

• We will hold pickup orders for no longer than 6 months.  Please keep in mind that pickup orders are stored in back and are not in a temperature controlled section.  After 6 months, If you do not repond to the "Please Pick Up Your Order" email, your order will be discarded. 

• Listed Spirits are for IN-STORE PICK UP ONLY!!!

Refund Information

Please specify NO VINTAGE SUBSTITUTION if you are not flexible about the vintage that you receive. We do our best to contact clients when we have a vintage different than advertised and we will not automatically substitute vintage in most cases, however in some cases vintage will be substituted if the current vintage is superior to the previous vintage or the wine is not now or ever meant for extended aging.

Please note that due to a price listing error, some items may not properly be identified as sale items. This usually happens when an item has one fixed, non-discountable sale price and no regular price. In this case there will be no further case discount. Please email/call us if you have any questions regarding such items. 

All discounts will be applied upon processing your order and your total will be adjusted online when your order is fulfilled. Canal's guarantees customer satisfaction! If there is any problem with your order please contact us immediately. . We are not responsible for any photos of wine labels posted on the website. 
 

Attention: there is a 10% restocking fee for any other returns!
