Dry scents of worn leather and Brussels sprouts dominate the first inhalations; aeration stimulates added aromas of green pepper, uncooked asparagus and vegetable oil. The palate entry is firm, moderately oily and dry; by midpalate there's a flavor expansion that features nuances of black pepper and chalk. Ends totally dry with a touch of black peppercorn.
