This elegant dry wine is made of Furmint, the main locla grape of Tokaj, and is partly fermented and aged in barrels. Only non-botrityzed berries are used. The rich minerality of the volcanic soil and the hint of the barrel create a complex, full-bodied, nevertheless fresh wine. It is best served at 10-12 degrees C, with fish or poultry.
